TYRE Festival is a newly organised classic car weekend aimed at the young generation of classic car club members, and the older members of clubs that support them.
The idea behind the event is to get youth registers/branches of clubs together at one weekend rally, giving the opportunity for people from different clubs to talk and bond over the passion we all have for old cars, jointly organised by the youth groups of the TR Register and Morris Minor Owners Club.
The three-day event will start with an inter-club challenge to break the ice on Friday evening after tents are pitched and beverages are opened. Saturday will see a drive through the Peak District with a lunch stop along the way, with entertainment planned for the evening. Sunday will be a show day, with a rally planned for members young and old to enjoy classic cars in the sunshine – hopefully!

Not Just For Young Members!
Even though this event is organised by the Young Members of various car clubs, we recognise the support and encouragement afforded to us by the committees, support staff and long-standing members of our respective clubs. As such, we welcome all club members and car enthusiasts to our festival of motoring.
